Razorcake double-dip!
That's right, kiddos! I'm back, risen from the ashes like a phoenix, except instead of flames, I'm awash in a fiery glow of despair and abject failure! The time has come, once again, for me to stand up and face the onslaught of however-fully-warranted hate and rage the internet will throw at me, and then slink back into the shadows for another two months, occasionally daydreaming about what it would be like if I still made comics as much as I used to.
For now, however, here's the usual crap:
ONE:
Since the new punk rockin' punk rock issue of the Razorcake Punk Rock Music Zine is now out and fresh and punk rock and EAGERLY awaiting your eyeballs to gaze upon its inky majesty, I'll go ahead and post my MSL comic from the last issue:

CLICK FOR FULL COMIC
(did I mention punk rock?)
TWO:
Not satisfied with just punk rock in the form of a beautiful (albeit in no way beautiful) comic? FAIR ENOUGH, TRUE BELIEVER! Then I have a treat for you. Bryan and I sat down and recorded another slam-bang musical podcast full of fancy and drunken rambling and, most importantly, punk music.
IN OTHER NEWS:
We've secured a band for Turnstile Comix #2 that I'm sure the vast, vast majority of you will be incredibly psyched to see in comic form. The interviews are done and pencil is being set to paper as we speak.
Also, I've enlisted the help of a writing partner for a graphic novel I've been scripting off and on for the past year or two, and, in the short time we've been collaborating, the goddamn script's nearly halfway done already! And it's actually sort of almost a little GOOD, if I may say so. More news as our story develops!
AND THAT'S IT:
That's all I had to say.

That graphic novel sure sounds amazing! I myself will purchase at least 75 copies when it is released. It sounds from your description as if your writing partner is immensely talented, an asset to society, and probably has a fantastic rack.

HEYMITCHCLEM-
Look at life this way: if you, accomplished talented comic-creator, feel like an abject failure, then what does that make a do-nothing wanna-be hanger-on like myself? You’re a cool dude who CREATES cool stuff, so I sincerely hope you feel like it, at least enough of the time.
P.S. Your celebrity lookalike is Hank Scorpio.

I have also been repeatedly compared to Daniel Stern, but these days the one I get the most is “Skinny Brian Posehn.”

When I worked in San Francisco, at least two beggars told me I looked like Jerry Garcia. (N.B.: my beard is red.)
